Read the Today dashboard
Today is your home screen - one board that answers “what needs me right now?” before you open anything else. Every number on it is a live count across your whole workspace, and almost everything on it is a link to the exact rows behind the figure.

The four KPI tiles
Section titled “The four KPI tiles”| Tile | What it counts | Where it links |
|---|---|---|
| Active inquiries | Inquiries still in play, with how many are awaiting verification | The filtered inquiry funnel |
| Check-ins today | Arrivals due today, with today’s check-outs beneath | Today’s check-ins |
| In house | Guests actually checked in right now (not just “arriving today”), out of your total listings | In-house bookings |
| Outstanding balance | Money still owed on current and upcoming stays, with the count of fully paid bookings | Bookings with an outstanding balance |
“Today” here means your workspace’s own calendar date, not the server’s - a board read at 11 pm and one read at 1 am count different days.
Needs attention
Section titled “Needs attention”The card headed Needs attention lists inquiries waiting on a person, most urgent first. Clear the Needs-attention queue walks through each item kind. Three different empty states are worth recognizing:
- All clear - the funnel is working and nothing is waiting on you.
- Nothing for your seat - work exists, but it needs a role you do not hold.
- Finish setting up your workspace - a brand-new workspace shows a setup checklist instead: add your first property, add a unit you can sell, and add the bank details your quotations print.
Today’s movements
Section titled “Today’s movements”Arrivals and Departures list every guest due in or out today, each with a one-tap Check in or Check out button and an amber “amount due” chip when money is still owed. See Check a guest in or out from Today.
The other cards
Section titled “The other cards”- Upcoming check-ins - the next confirmed arrivals across your listings.
- Turnovers - where every unit sits between checkout and sellable: awaiting dispatch, in cleaning, awaiting inspection, plus urgent same-day turnovers and open damage. Open housekeeping jumps to the queue.
- Codes ready to relay - guest door codes that have cleared the payment-and-ID gate, shown only to the Point of Contact seat that hands them over.
- Automations waiting on you - an agent tried to act and stopped (for example, “Payment not verified yet”). Clear the blocker and it sends on its own - no second button to press.
- Guests here get no app link - properties whose booking confirmations go out without a guest-app button because no live guest app is set up for them.
