See what is working
Feature status (Setup → Feature status, /features,
or the Feature status link at the bottom of Settings) answers one question: what
is the product doing for you right now, and what is still waiting on you?
Every module is grouped by the job it does:
| Job | Modules |
|---|---|
| Getting bookings | Properties and units, Booking website, Channel connections, Languages |
| Earning more | Nightly rates, Price rules, Fees and taxes |
| Talking to guests | Message templates, WhatsApp, Guest app, Automations, AI replies |
| Taking money | Bank details, Profit and loss, Extras and invoices |
| Running the property | Photos, Cleaning rules, Door codes, Team, Smart locks, Maintenance |
| Knowing what happened | Occupancy reports, Audit trail, Issues, API and webhooks |
What the states mean
Section titled “What the states mean”- On - set up and working.
- Needs setup - started but not finished, or waiting on something it depends on. A booking website that is published while no unit has a nightly rate reads Needs setup, because there is nothing for a guest to book.
- Not set up - nothing done yet.
- Needs a paid plan - your plan does not include it. See plans takes you to Billing. Only features your plan really controls ever show this.
- Could not check - the page could not read your workspace just now. Reload to try again; nothing is wrong with your setup.
Under each module, Needs: names what it depends on (for example a property with units), marked Missing while that is not in place yet. Open settings goes to the page where you set it up, and How it works opens its help article.
The states are read fresh from your workspace each time you open the page: they count real properties, units, rates, photos and connections, so the page can never claim something is done when it is not.
Who sees it: anyone who can change workspace settings (Admins and Account Managers). For the short list of what a brand-new workspace must do first, see the setup checklist on Today.
