Set quotation terms and footer
The Quotations tab holds the two blocks a quotation carries below its pricing: the terms & conditions list and the sign-off footer. Both are per property, because a portfolio does not sell one kind of stay - an owned block and a managed villa are quoted under different terms.
-
Open the property’s Quotations tab.
-
Write the Terms & conditions - one term per line; each line renders as a bullet on the document. For example:
100% advance payment required to confirm bookingAll utilities included – no hidden charges -
Write the Footer - the lines that close every quotation. A thank-you over a tagline is the classic shape, but a licence number or an address belongs there just as naturally. Leave it blank for a simple thank-you.
-
Check the “How the footer reads” preview, then click Save.
