Send the quote link
Once an inquiry is quoted, its Send to guest tab appears. From there you send the quotation link - a public page the guest opens with no app and no login - through your own WhatsApp, SMS, or email. The app never sends anything itself, and never pretends to: every channel opens your composer with the message ready.

On the inquiry, open the Send to guest tab and pick what to send: Stay details, Quotation (details plus the money), or Quotation link. Picking the link creates it if there is not already a live one.

Check the preview - it shows exactly the text the guest will get.

Press WhatsApp, SMS, or Email to open your own app with the message prefilled, or Copy text. A channel with no contact detail on file is disabled with the reason, never a dead click.

Send it from your own app. Nothing shows “Sent” in Stay N Host, because nothing was sent by it.
What the guest sees at the link
Section titled “What the guest sees at the link”A document, not an app: your logo and brand color, Guest Details, an itemized Pricing table with the grand total, Due now to confirm and Due on arrival when you set a split, your Payment Details (bank accounts, with account numbers kept on one line so they copy-paste cleanly), Terms & Conditions, and your cancellation policy. A Download PDF button serves the same document as a real PDF file, and once money lands the page shows Amount paid and Remaining balance, updated on every reload.
