| The quote link | The itemized quote with your letterhead, payment details, and proof upload (plus a PDF version). Editing the quote revokes the old link. |
| The ID-upload link | A secure page for identity documents - expires after 72 hours. |
| The guest app | The in-stay PWA: reservation, check-in wizard, door opening, Wi-Fi, house info, messages. Signs in with the reference code plus one confirming detail (name, dates, or phone). |

A link that’s wrong, expired, or revoked shows a plain not-found page - never a hint of whose data sits behind it.
