Every library role - all 24, account and operational, including the external Owner and Investor seats - with who it’s for and exactly which screens it reaches. Transcribed from the same registries the app enforces. The working summary lives in Invite your team.
The exact status vocabularies for inquiries, bookings, payments, guest ID checks, housekeeping, and lock-code relays - every stored value, one line each.
Everything a guest ever touches, none of it requiring an account:
| Link | What it is |
|---|---|
| The quote link | The itemized quote with your letterhead, payment details, and proof upload (plus a PDF version). Editing the quote revokes the old link. |
| The ID-upload link | A secure page for identity documents - expires after 72 hours. |
| The guest app | The in-stay PWA: reservation, check-in wizard, door opening, Wi-Fi, house info, messages. Signs in with the reference code plus one confirming detail (name, dates, or phone). |
| Your booking website | Public and crawlable once published. |
| The proposal link | An investor term sheet - revocable and expiring. |
A link that’s wrong, expired, or revoked shows a plain not-found page - never a hint of whose data sits behind it.
The five automations the Agent Hub can run: exact triggers, channels, options, and the one that is dual-gated.
