What the investor sees
An investor signs in with an Investor seat - a seat whose only capability is the portal read - and lands on their own position: assigned properties and units, how they performed, invested capital, terms, and payback. Who they are resolves on the server from their linked investor record, so the scoping is structural: their units, their money, nothing else. Guest details stay with the operator throughout.
The page, top to bottom
Section titled “The page, top to bottom”- Changes to your share - every change to their holding, with an “I’ve seen this” acknowledgment. Marking one read changes nothing - it records receipt of the written notice. This is the only write an investor can perform anywhere.
- How your units performed - occupancy, average nightly rate, revenue per available night, and the guest value of nights sold over a window they pick - labeled clearly as the value billed to guests before the split, not their share.
- On the books - stays in progress or upcoming on their units: dates, nights, channel, guest value. No guest names.
- Your capital, coming back - capital committed, returned so far, still to come back, and the multiple - measured on distributions actually paid; accrued-but-unpaid share is still owed, not returned. The annualized rate is labeled a simple rate, not an IRR.
- Your assets and agreement terms - what their seat is assigned (whole property or single units) and how their share is worked out, step by step: their holding, their share of the pool, the pool’s investor side after your management share.
- Monthly statements - pool result and their share, issued on closed months; each statement drills into per-booking lines (units and money - never who stayed), with a Download PDF per statement and Download all as CSV.
- Where your capital went - the deployment split: refundable, depreciating, consumed, against plan.
- Payments to you - every distribution paid, filterable, charted per month, each with a downloadable PDF receipt.
