Meet the Agent Hub
The Agent Hub (/agents) holds the automations that message guests and staff at
the right moment, every time. It is a fixed catalogue, not a rule builder: each card
is one automation with its own settings, so you configure “send the door code 30
minutes before check-in for Clifton Court” - you never compose triggers and
conditions by hand.

The layout
Section titled “The layout”The strip at the top switches between Agents, Tax, and Run history. The Agents view groups the five automations by audience:
| Group | Rules |
|---|---|
| Guest communication | Booking confirmation to the guest · Door code to the guest before check-in |
| Reception & front desk | Today’s arrivals to reception · Same-day arrival alert to reception |
| Operations | Daily ops report to the operations team |
A Coming soon section lists planned automations that are visible but not yet available. Run history shows every execution - see Read the run history.
What a rule is
Section titled “What a rule is”Each card shows the rule’s scopes and their state. A rule can be configured once for All properties (the workspace default) and overridden per property; a property’s own row replaces the default entirely - no field-by-field merging - and a property row switched Off stays off even when the workspace default is on. Pressing Set up (or Add a property override) opens the settings sheet: status (On/Off), the send channels, and whatever the rule itself needs - a send time, a lead time, extra recipients.
Channels are Email, WhatsApp, and In-app where the rule supports them; SMS appears in the picker but is marked “soon” - no SMS provider is connected yet.
