Review a guest's payment screenshots
Every payment on an inquiry carries its evidence on the Payment screenshots tab: the guest’s proof of transfer and, optionally, your own receipt of it landing. The guest never states an amount anywhere - amounts are what your team records after reading the screenshot, and only a verifier’s confirmation posts money into the books.
-
Open the inquiry and its Payment screenshots tab. Each payment card shows the method, reference, sender, and when it was recorded.
-
Each screenshot names its uploader and time - “Guest (via quote link)” for uploads that came through the public quotation page, or the colleague who attached it. Click a thumbnail for the full-size viewer, with download and delete.
-
To attach evidence yourself, use Add guest proof (their transfer screenshot they sent you on WhatsApp, say) or Add receipt (your own bank’s confirmation). Images, PDFs and short clips are supported, up to 15 MB.
-
Compare what the screenshot shows against the amount due. The verification itself
- the human decision that the money really landed - happens in the Confirm the unit dialog, and only an Account Manager can make it.
When the guest pays in several transfers
Section titled “When the guest pays in several transfers”All of a guest’s uploads land on one payment, because the system cannot tell a second transfer from a clearer photo of the first. If the screenshots really are separate transfers:
- Press Split into separate transfers (offered only on an unverified proof with two or more screenshots).
- Give each screenshot the amount it actually shows, plus an optional reference.
- Confirm with Split into … payments. Each screenshot now carries its own details, and the running total across the transfers is shown as you type.
At conversion, every unverified transfer on the inquiry is verified together - the books see all of the money, or none of it.
