Sign in with Microsoft

Besides Google and the emailed sign-in link, Stay n Host can let you sign in with a Microsoft work or school account (Microsoft 365). When it is available, Continue with Microsoft appears on the sign-in and sign-up pages. A personal Outlook or Hotmail account is usually refused, because Microsoft does not vouch for its address in the way we need; use Google or the emailed link for those.

How it works

  • The same person, whichever way you sign in. A Microsoft account with the same email address as your Stay n Host login signs you in to the same seat.
  • Only a proven address counts. Microsoft must confirm that your email address really belongs to you. If it does not, the sign-in is refused, and you can use Google or the emailed link instead.
  • Signing up with Microsoft works like Google: you land on Create your workspace, confirm your phone number with a text-message code, accept the terms, and your trial starts.
  • Joining a team works too: once you have accepted the invitation, Microsoft signs you in to the seat created for that address.

If you do not see Continue with Microsoft, it has not been switched on for your address yet. Use Google or the emailed link.

There is no password with any of the three ways in, so there is nothing to reset.
