Blacklist a guest
The blacklist is the one guest flag with real consequences: it marks a guest as refused service. Both directions - adding and lifting - require a written reason, and every change lands in the profile’s flag history with who did it.
Add a guest to the blacklist
Section titled “Add a guest to the blacklist”-
Open the guest’s profile from Guests and find the Flags card.
-
Press Blacklist guest.
-
Write the Reason. It is required - a blacklist without a reason is unreviewable later, and the person who eventually considers lifting it needs to know what happened.
-
Confirm. The profile now wears a Blacklist pill, and the reason shows on the Flags card.
Lift a blacklist
Section titled “Lift a blacklist”-
On the profile’s Flags card, press Remove from blacklist.
-
Write the reason for lifting it - also required, because this guest becomes bookable again the moment you confirm.
-
Confirm with Lift blacklist. The card records “Lifted:” with your reason, and the flag history keeps both entries.
