Blacklist a guest

The blacklist is the one guest flag with real consequences: it marks a guest as refused service. Both directions - adding and lifting - require a written reason, and every change lands in the profile’s flag history with who did it.

Screen /guests/{guest} · Roles: many seats can flag (Point of Contact, Booking Manager, Guest Manager, and others); only Guest Manager and Conflict Resolution Manager can lift
  1. Open the guest’s profile from Guests and find the Flags card.

  2. Press Blacklist guest.

  3. Write the Reason. It is required - a blacklist without a reason is unreviewable later, and the person who eventually considers lifting it needs to know what happened.

  4. Confirm. The profile now wears a Blacklist pill, and the reason shows on the Flags card.

  1. On the profile’s Flags card, press Remove from blacklist.

  2. Write the reason for lifting it - also required, because this guest becomes bookable again the moment you confirm.

  3. Confirm with Lift blacklist. The card records “Lifted:” with your reason, and the flag history keeps both entries.
