Edit a nightly price on the calendar

The calendar is where prices are easiest to judge, so it is where you can change them: one night in the cell, a range from the selection panel, or the unit’s base rate from its row.

Screen /calendar · Roles: seats that manage listings (Admin by default)
  1. Find the night. Hover or focus a rate cell to see its price card: the amount, the price source, and where the price comes from (Base rate, Weekend rate, Set for this date, or Price rule with the rule’s name).

  2. Open the editor. Press F2 on the focused night, or click Edit price on its price card. A small editor opens on the cell: “Price for {unit} on {night}”.

  3. Type the price in the unit’s currency, with its decimals if you need them, and press Enter or Save price. Esc cancels. Either way, focus goes back to the cell.

The new price applies to that one night only and shows as Set for this date. On a night that already has its own price, Use the base rate removes it, so the night falls back to the unit’s base (or weekend) rate.

Select the nights (click a cell, then a second one, or press Enter on two nights) and open the Nightly price section of the selection panel:

  • Set price writes one nightly price on every selected night; Clear override takes those nights back to the base rate.
  • Or adjust these nights by a percentage raises (20) or lowers (-10) each unit’s own price for each night and writes the result as a price for those dates. Applying it twice compounds, and a night with no rate yet is left alone.

With a channel lane chip selected, the same section prices that channel’s lane on those dates.

Each unit’s row carries a tag button beside its name, Set the base rate for {unit}. It opens the same pricing dialog as the listing page, so you can change the unit’s base rate (and the rest of its pricing) without leaving the calendar. The grid re-reads once you save. The button shows on screens wider than a phone.
