Publish guest reviews on your site
Yes, you can show guest reviews on your website, and they are on by default.
Your workspace has been collecting guest reviews - a rating, the guest’s words, and your reply - since long before you had a website to put them on. Your booking website publishes them, on property cards, on room cards, on search results and on the property page.
Why this matters more here than on a channel
Section titled “Why this matters more here than on a channel”On a channel, a guest is trusting the channel. On your own site, on a bank-transfer rail, a guest is being asked to send money to a business they found ten minutes ago. A rating carried by real stays is the strongest credibility signal the page has.
What is published on your website
Section titled “What is published on your website”- The star rating, on property and room cards and on the property page.
- The guest’s own words.
- Your reply, where you wrote one - which is often worth more than the review.
Turning reviews off
Section titled “Turning reviews off”Reviews are on by default on a published website. To stop showing reviews on your
site, turn them off on the /site screen. It hides them from guests; it deletes nothing,
and /reviews is unaffected.
