The monthly rhythm
Section titled “The monthly rhythm”- Keep payments and expenses current - the books are only as good as the recording.
- At month end, open Period Close: review accruals, close the month.
- Read P&L, ROI, and Monthly Break-even off the closed period.
- Run owner payouts and statements from the same closed truth.
Two reports people confuse
