The access overview
Access (Operations → Access) shows, for every unit, what your guests see in the guest app: the Wi-Fi network and password, how to get in, and how to arrive. Units are grouped by property.
Door codes are not here. They are sent from Lock codes, behind their own checks.
Property Wi-Fi and unit Wi-Fi
Section titled “Property Wi-Fi and unit Wi-Fi”A property’s Wi-Fi applies to all its units. A unit can have its own Wi-Fi on top, for example when each apartment has its own router. Each unit row says where its Wi-Fi comes from: This unit or From property. A guest signed in to the guest app sees their own unit’s Wi-Fi; someone scanning the property’s printed card sees the property’s.
Passwords are hidden until you click the eye icon next to them.
Find the gaps
Section titled “Find the gaps”The banner at the top counts what is missing, for example “4 units have no Wi-Fi” or “2 properties have no arrival instructions”. Click a line, or a Show button, to see only those units or properties.
Edit in place
Section titled “Edit in place”- Click the pencil next to a property to change its Wi-Fi, door instructions or arrival instructions. A property with no guest app yet gets one set up, switched off.
- Click the pencil next to a unit to give it its own Wi-Fi. Use the property’s Wi-Fi removes the unit’s own and goes back to the property’s.
- Click Save.
Rotate Wi-Fi
Section titled “Rotate Wi-Fi”- Tick the units, or tick a property to include all of it.
- Click Rotate Wi-Fi.
- Enter the new password, and a new network name if it changed too.
- Click Rotate.
Everything you selected changes together, or nothing does: if one unit was removed in the meantime, you get a message and no password changes. A whole property changes its shared Wi-Fi; units with their own Wi-Fi keep theirs. The audit trail records that a password changed, never the password itself.
