Get notifications on your phone
Push notifications bring the bell to your phone or computer even when Stay n Host is closed. Each device is yours alone: you choose which kinds of notification reach it, and nobody else sees or changes it.
Turn it on for a device
Section titled “Turn it on for a device”-
On the device itself, open the bell, then View all, then Preferences.

Under Push notifications, click “Turn on for this device” and allow notifications when your browser asks.

Choose what it sends. The device starts with Everything. Tick only Bookings, or Housekeeping, to narrow it.
On an iPhone or iPad, first add Stay n Host to your Home Screen (Share, then Add to Home Screen), open it from there, and turn push on inside it.
What a push says
Section titled “What a push says”A push tells you what kind of thing happened (Bookings, Guests, Housekeeping, Finance, Channels) and how urgent it is. It never carries a guest’s name, a phone number, an amount or a door code, because a push passes through Google, Apple or Mozilla on its way to you. Tap it to open the notification in the app, where you are signed in.
Turn it off
Section titled “Turn it off”Click Turn off next to a device in the list. A device you uninstalled or whose browser stopped accepting notifications is removed on its own.
