Add a listing

A listing is one sellable unit. Every booking locks one listing for its nights - a unit’s night can only ever be sold once, which is what makes an oversell impossible. The two-step wizard needs a code and a type; everything else has a sensible default.

Screen /properties/<property> · Roles: Admin (Account Manager and Content Manager can view)
  1. Open the property’s Listings tab and click Add listing.

  2. Listing - enter the Unit code (a short label, unique within this property, e.g. A-101 - name it the way your team talks) and pick its Listing type. If no types exist yet the wizard points you to create one first.

  3. Rules - choose the Lock mode (Static for a lockbox or permanent keypad code, Integrated for a connected smart lock) and, optionally, a Check-in / Check-out override. Leave the times blank to inherit the property’s schedule.

  4. Click Create listing. The unit is bookable and on the calendar immediately.

Click any unit to open its full page, with tabs in the life of a unit: Overview · Linked units · Photos · Calendar · Occupancy · Channels · Access codes · Finance.

  • Overview holds the facts plus the inline Edit listing form - code, type, lock mode, active toggle, times, parent unit, and configuration (bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, size, amenities).
  • Calendar is the master calendar scoped to this one unit.
  • Occupancy shows how much of this unit’s sellable time actually sold.
  • Access codes and Finance appear only for seats allowed to see them.

Give the unit its own gallery, or let it share the property’s: Manage photos.
